VISION	GLENN COUNTY GENERAL PLAN 2007 - 2027
	Air & Water The air and water of Glenn County is clean and plentiful. The air basin meets all state and federal standards with businesses thriving. Agriculture receives a reliable, cost effective, and adequate supply of water to meet its needs and be fully used locally for agriculture, economic development, household, recreation, and wildlife. The county's air, surface water and groundwater resources are protected through local, regional and State action. Groundwater recharge areas are protected from harmful over-covering and pollution through careful land use planning, and creation or expansion of public wastewater systems. Flooding and storm drainage are effectively managed to reduce risk to life and property.
