·        Zoning around existing communities should be consistent and uniform. 

       Small parcels around cities, 1-2 acres, followed by larger parcels 5-10 acres.  All zoning area should be condensed.  No spot zoning.

       Cooperation and coordination between cities and county for efficient delivery of services and growth. More communication between agencies so everyone is on the same page.

       Sphere of Influence and annexation plans for cities and townships in Glenn County to determine amount and direction of urban growth.

       Fire safety-related land use planning (3.6)

       Relationship to city police and national forest (2.2)

       Relationship to city fire departments, CDF and national forest (3.3)

·        Protecting airports in both towns.  No housing around to push airports out.  Encourage industrial growth around airports.  Make cost of being there reasonable.
