VISION	GLENN COUNTY GENERAL PLAN 2007 - 2027
	Governance People have trust in their local government and participate in the governance of the county and its communities. The processes of governance are open and transparent. Advisory committees provide the link between the community and the elected officials. The governmental structure respects its citizenry and property rights. The General Plan is the foundation of decision making; integrated into the budgeting and policy development of local government. Regulatory activities are supported by the citizenry and are updated regularly to reflect current trends and needs.
